Stanley received Catholic Baptism under the name "Stanislaus" on January 8, 1905 at St. John Cantius Church, 825 North Carpenter Street. According to the certificate, it appears in records, Folio IV, page 59.
Stanley's funeral services were held at De Vriendt Funeral Home, 2708 North Western Avenue, Chicago, with Rev. Gray Freeze officiating. He is buried at Acacia Park Cemetary.
